On behalf of our customers, we have prepared for the planned construction of a modern new villa, with pool and outdoor facilities, the design plans and plans for the building permit.
Construction plans (Proyecto Basico) have been submitted and we are waiting for the building permit of the responsible building authority in Llucmajor.

In the next step, we will create a detailed construction design plan and a detailed construction description. In this way, we then collect current cost offers from our craftsmen and create a total cost estimate for the construction project, including the outdoor area and all construction costs.

In this project, we have developed a building with modern lines, with large glass fronts to emphasise the connection between exterior and interior. At the same time we wanted to reflect the style of Mediterranean architecture in the house by disguise of island-typical natural stone and perfection with white accents.

All rooms of the house have access to large terraces, which allow the residents to enjoy the outdoor areas both in summer and in winter. All terraces have roofs, which also serve as sun protection of the window fronts.

All rooms are oriented to the south and east to use as much natural light as possible, which makes the interior very bright and friendly. At the same time, the interior is spared by the Terrassenvorsprünge of heating. All this significantly increases comfort and energy efficiency.

The original distribution and style ideas were highly respected. At the same time, the local building guidelines were followed and the functionality of the house was optimised.
