For our customers we have planned a modern new villa with pool on a large plot. So far, we have prepared the design plans and plans for the building permit.
Construction plans (Proyecto Basico) have been submitted and we are waiting for the building permit of the responsible building authority in Llucmajor.

In the next step, we will create a detailed construction design plan and a detailed construction description. In this way, we then collect current cost offers from our craftsmen and create a total cost estimate for the construction project, including the outdoor area and all construction costs.
